Are tickets available on the door?

Due to health, safety and security restrictions from the venue we need to provide a full guest list 24 hours prior to the Pre Pride Party. Because of this ticket registrations will close at 5pm on July 3rd - please register before then! Tickets for the parade and the brunch will be open until the event itself but please do book ahead of time as these events are popular.

Can I buy a t-shirt for the parade in person?

We recommend ordering a t-shirt ahead of time through our online store (click here)(https://www.aviationpride.org.uk/product-page/pride-in-the-skies-2025). Due to the production restrictions, the processing time can take 10-14 days for your order to arrive. We will have a few t-shirts in various colours and sizes to purchase over the weekend. These will be first come, first served.

We recommend joining our WhatsApp community for the most up to date and live updates from the APUK team throughout the weekend. We understand that things happen and delays are inevitable. All of our Friday events are located in the convenient area of Hoxton! Accessible via the Windrush Line and then less than a minutes walk from the station, both venues are in the heart of Hoxton. Only 25 minutes from Soho via the Windrush (change at Whitechapel) and the Elizabeth line. Please do check our guidance accessing Motel Studios below (don't just follow google maps)!

Located next door to Hoxton Overground Station this is the kickoff point for the weekend! Everyone is welcome to join for a casual drink before the weekend kicks off (no registration needed). A relaxed environment to meet others joining for the weekend festivities to meet some friendly faces before the party.

Hosted at the party site itself, this is a welcome and celebratory reception for our Concorde Members and First Class Corporate sponsors. Without them these events would not be possible. To find out more about becoming a concorde member, click the concorde! Fizz and canapés will be served.

The main event! Doors open promptly at 19:00 with the open bar starting immediately - don't be late and miss out on those free drinks! The food will be served shortly after doors opening with entertainment throughout the evening.

We have some amazing raffle prizes and a grand auction prize for your chance to win and support APUK at the same time! Tickets will be available on the night and you must be present for the draw to win (we dont want to carry any prizes home)!

The event will run until the bar closes at 11pm and all guests must be out of the venue by 11.30pm - Anyone left will be put to work packing up equipment and cleaning! We have an amazing night lined up for you and can't wait to celebrate with you!
