Are tickets available on the door?Due to health, safety and security restrictions from the venue we need to provide a full guest list 24 hours prior to the Pre Pride Party. Because of this ticket registrations will close at 5pm on July 3rd - please register before then! Tickets for the parade and the brunch will be open until the event itself but please do book ahead of time as these events are popular.

Can I buy a t-shirt for the parade in person?We recommend ordering a t-shirt ahead of time through our online store (click here). Due to the production restrictions, the processing time can take 10-14 days for your order to arrive, so we will have a few t-shirts in various colours and sizes to purchase over the weekend. These will be first come, first served.

How do I keep up to date with the event?We recommend joining our WhatsApp community for the most up to date and live updates from the APUK team throughout the weekend. Join the community and the London/SE chapter to not miss out on any of the action. Click here to join. We will also be sending daily summary emails with all of the details for the following day so keep an eye out for these!

I have an issue on the day. Who do I contact?We understand that things happen and delays are inevitable. If you have any issues on the day of the event please email events@aviationpride.org.uk in the first instance with a way to contact you (phone number). Our team will be monitoring this email throughout the event and someone will get in touch with you ASAP. Other ways to stay connected are through our WhatsApp community which you can click here to join.
All of our Friday events are located in the convineinet area of Hoxton! Accessible via the Windrush Line and then less than a minutes walk from the station, both venues are in the heart of Hoxton. Only 25 minutes from Soho via the Windrush (change at Whitechapel) and the Elizabeth line. Please do check our guidance accessing Motel Studios below (don't just follow google maps)!
FRIDAY 4TH
New Member Meetup
Join us from 17:30 to 19:00
Located next door to Hoxton Overground Station this is the kickoff point for the weekend! Everyone is welcome to join for a casual drink before the weekend kicks off (no registration needed). A relaxed environment to meet others joining for the weekend festivities to meet some friendly faces before the party.
Concorde Reception

Hosted at the party site itself, this is a welcome and celebratory reception for our Concorde Members and First Class Corporate sponsors. Without them these events would not be possible. To find out more about becoming a concorde member, click the concorde! Fizz and canapés will be served.
Pre Pride Party
Doors open at 19:00

The main event! Doors open promptly at 19:00 with the open bar starting immediately - don't be late and miss out on those free drinks! The food will be served shortly after doors opening with entertainment throughout the evening.
We have some amazing raffle prizes and a grand auction prize for your chance to win and support APUK at the same time! Tickets will be available on the night and you must be present for the draw to win (we dont want to carry any prizes home)!
The event will run until the bar closes at 11pm and all guests must be out of the venue by 11.30pm - Anyone left will be put to work packing up equipment and cleaning! We have an amazing night lined up for you and can't wait to celebrate with you!
Locating Motel Studios
Please don't follow your maps app to "Motel Studios". Please read the following notes.

The easiest way to access is by turning left out of Hoxton Overground station and continue towards Cremer Street
With The Hoxton Hound on your left, cross over Cremer Street and continue down the street with the Railway arches on your left.
Continue 100m down the path and the venue entrance will be on your left!
Please see pictures of the map and photos below as well as the what.three.words location (yes, it really is that)!
London Pride Parade
Meeting at 12:00
Please arrive at the meeting spot at 12.00. Please arrive promptly as we then have a short walk to the parade formation area.
Please expect to be in the formation area for up to 45 minutes before we set off on the parade route! The route should take us up to 90 minutes to complete, ending at Westminster.
Please note the following in preparation for an enjoyable day:

Please only bring what you can carry - there isn't any space on the float to store anything.

Check the weather on the day in case of rain or shine! Raincoats, hats, sunglasses and suncream may all be needed!

Limited water and "refreshments" will be provided. We recommend you bring your own supply of refreshments for the route - as ours really are limited!
SATURDAY 5TH
Clothing
You are welcome to wear anything for the parade, but we do ask it to be aviation and pride related. We welcome generic uniform or we have our custom designed APUK Pride T-shirts to purchase. Our online ordering takes 10-14 days and can be purchased by the link below, otherwise a small number of t-shirts will be available to buy on the weekend.
Post Pride
Walkers and float riders will be split at the end of the route but we ask that walkers head round to meet the float for a final picture. We would also really appreciate any support with taking down the float.
Although there are no fixed plans yet, stay tuned and keep in touch with the group for plans after the parade as we continue celebrating London Pride 2025!
SUNDAY 6TH
Bottomless Drag Brunch
Starting at 13:00
Feel free to arrive from 12:30 to join us for the wrap up to our weekend!
Bottomless drinks (cocktails) will be served from 13:00 for exactly two hours - don't be late, with your preordered brunch dish following shortly afterwards.
If you haven't preordered your brunch dish, or would like to change then please login to your ticket details via Tito and select your chosen dish.
The event will wrap up at 15:00 but feel free to hang around for the rest of the afternoon to complete your London Pride weekend!

Any allergy notes on your ticket details will be passed to the venue, but please confirm with the venue staff on the day.
