✈️ About the Event: In the vast skies of the aviation industry, diversity should be our strength. Flight for Inclusion aims to create a dynamic platform for discussing crucial topics that impact the LGBTQ+ community within the aviation sector. Our first session is dedicated to the safety and well-being of LGBTQ+ colleagues during international work.

We are joined by industry experts and welcome representation from your organisation to discuss strategies for maintaining your operation whilst prioritising the safety of staff and crew in countries that are LGBTQ+ unfriendly. International travel is inevitable in this industry and not all countries share the same values and respect towards the queer community. Maintaining their safety and dignity is the first priority. We will be hosting a confidential and collaborative discussion between stakeholders to navigate ways to achieve these goals.
